Administrative and Constitutional Law

Administrative law is an area of law that regulates the relationship between public authorities and ordinary people and organisations, including other public entities.

Like all persons in South Africa, institutions that render service in terms of empowering provisions are governed by the Constitution, legislation and regulations enacted in accordance thereto.

Where any decision or exercise of public power is suspected of being unfair, biased or even made unlawfully, we can institute an application to review and set aside such a decision, or failure to take a decision by an administrator.

Conversely, we also take instructions to defend review applications.
